Cancellation & Refund Policy

Workshops

• Cancellation up to 14 days before start: 100% refund.
• Cancellation 13–7 days before start: 50% refund.
• Cancellation < 7 days before start or no‑show: no refund.
• One free reschedule up to 7 days before start (subject to availability thereafter).

E‑Learning

• No refund after access credentials have been delivered and content has been accessed.
• If no access occurred yet, refunds are possible within 14 days.

Organizer Cancellations

If we cancel or reschedule an event, you may choose a full refund or a free rebooking.
